Some users don't want this e-mail since they are often checking their SAP Inbox anyway. Is it possible to choose the receivers?

Does anyone know if the parameter "FB for Address Determination" can be used for this purpose?

Br,

Line

Hi Line

The users can, in SO12, under the TAB Automatic forwarding, delete their forward to adress. With out this, they won't get mail notifications from SAP.

If this isn't sufficient then, yes, you can use the FB for Address Determination User exit.

Check note 808971 - it contains some documentation

Regards

Morten Nielsen

Hi,

yes you can use parameter "FB for Address Determination" . In the sending process, a function is called to determine/change the users mail address.

Ceate a function for the below call. In the function, check an own table (Z_users_exlude?) for the username. If it is found, then just clear the c_email parameter.

<pre>

          call function rt_exit_addr-low

            exporting i_uname   = pt_recipients-uname

                      i_wi_hdr  = ls_wi_hdr

            changing  c_email = pt_recipients-email

</pre>

Check RSWUWFML2 for the above call and create your own module, Enter this in selection screen.

Regards,

Clemens
