Hello

I developed a smartform and it is printing differently for different printers..How do I make it print alike for all the printers..

First, make sure you print all using SAP Drivers (Avoid using LOCL printer), the later uses Windows drivers and the results are different.

Within SAP printers, results may differ based on the device type. Printers may work differently and some changes may occur.

However these changes should be very small.

There are a lot of changes in fonts and straight lines..How do I fix this

If you make sure you are not using LOCL as the printer, I recommend you do the following:

Check which printers are different; Are they different models? Are they using the same device type in SAP (check that with your Basis team)

If they are in fact different, try playing with different ABAP printer drivers (Again, basis task). Sometimes changing the driver is enough to solve your problem.

If not, try to find OSS notes related to your problem and the device type you are using (there are tons of OSS notes out there about printing settings).

We had a problem with font sizes in the past and it was corrected using a different printer driver.
