Hi all,

I have two screens like 100 and 200.

In 100 i hvae 2 radio buttons and in 200 i have a gui appln tool bar button say 'add batch'.

My requirement is when i select radio button 1 in 100 then that 'add batch'button should not appear in 200.and if I select radio button 2 then that 'add batch' button should appear.

First of all how can i make one radio button default selected like we have in normal reporting.

for ex: s_tag RADIOBUTTON GROUP radi DEFAULT 'X' USER-COMMAND usr,

Simple move an "X" to the radiobutton field in ABAP program before calling the screen.

Hi Rich,

Then how can I disable aplln tool bar button 'add batch' based upon the radio buttons.

I cant use loop at screen because its not a screen field.

How I should proceed.

And you could you please tel me the purpose of field statement and chain and endchain statements.

The purpose of chain endchain is to validate the set of fields within it.
