Work area initialization check fail even with values

Hi Experts,

I am using "CSAP_MAT_BOM_MAINTAIN" FM to change boms. I'm using an excel file to upload the relevant bom. In the excel file i maintain the structures and fields which are using in this FM.

All the values getting updated to relevant structure correctly. But there is a problem when checking sub-items. I use if condition to check structure "STPU_API01" is initial. if not i do some programing inside the condition. At the time in if condition below is how structure looks

Even though structure have values it fails in the condition. I'm so confused with the situation. Pls. help me on this.
