Accounting Document.

I want to know if I hav a "Material document No." of GR/IR then which tables should I refer to find its corresponding accounting details using "Material doc No".

u have to make use of FM

'AC_DOCUMENT_RECORD'

Hi,

if u need the accounting document number,

go to se11~~> BKPF~~-> in the field "AWKEY" give the material number along with the year it was created. it will give you the corresponding accounting number "belnr"

eg - we have mat. doc number 5000007382 and its posting date is 18.04.2004.

in the field AWKEY - 50000073822004.

it will give you the corresponding accounting number.
