MS WORD OLE? Some example please?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to import a word document but it gets messed up when i use the import function of my text editor.

I know that is not the right way and I've read about Office integration stuff or OLE and what not. But I can't seem to find example of codes for working with ms words.

can anyone show me an example of how I can import a word document and to display it on SAP?

u have to find out FMS like this

RH_START_WWORD_WITH_DATA---> this is to download data into Word.

or make use of

call method cl_gui_frontend_services=>gui_upload

LSTXKFGS---> to uload.

try to get the logic of this program

LSTXKFGS--->Implementing an RTF Style Sheet in R/3

Hi Prabhu,

I've tested that function module. it does open Words but what i wanted to do is to have the selected Word document file to be imported and viewed/modified on SAP.

Is that possible? Thanks by the way.

Btw,I'm not trying to output to Word but just to import a Word document.

Anyone? its kinda urgent. Do we really need to use the OLE concept? any examples?

Can we get the data from Word and sort of convert it into text and shown on text editor?
