The only&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;way I can think of to limit the user's access to their own jobs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is to create a transaction variant - SHD0 - and make the&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;user name field display only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I give them S_BTCH_ADMN there are only options of Y or N.  Is this correct?  The auditor's don't like users having administrative rights to batch jobs.  I was hoping I could limit the user to their own jobs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
