Hi All,

Im facing some problems with LSMW.

After transporting the profit center groups from client1 to client2, the profit center shown in KCH3 has a description >>no valid master record.

In order to input the profit center, i have to do it in KE51. For client1, i used LSMW recording and was successful. However, in client2, i used the same recording but got the error message Error when uploading file C:\etc.txt(Return Code = 6). I tried to input the profit center manually, and this works.

Does anyone have any idea why im having problems with LSMW?

Thanks...

Yes, my file is located at the said location.

Could it be that someone disabled the uploading function from frontend to sap client? Is that even possible?

Thanks for replying...

yes, I used the same LSMW object in client2 as did in client1 where it was originally created. It worked fine in client1.

I started from step7 - specify files.

However, when i got to step 9 - read data, I hit the error.
