Availability check. Need help!

Hi All,

Anyone familiar with the AFS would be able to help me.

I need to know if there are any tables that store ATP (available-to-promise) data. My requirement is to retrieve material (of various sizes) that is available for the next 52 weeks.

There is a standard transaction /AFS/ATPS that shows material available for a particular order number, within the requested delivery date. But I need to find material that would be available-to-promise over a period of 52 weeks, be it AUFNR based or not.

OR pl suggest tables that store the ATP data.

Useful help will be gratefully rewarded.

Hi,

Try with this FM .. 'BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY'

I am not sure check it...

Hi Santosh,

I have tried the BAPI earlier but it doesnt retrieve data on a date (rather week) based fashion as my requirement needs. Plese suggest if you know any tables or FMs for the ATP data.

Pls check FM <b>QUOTA_QUANTITY_CHECK_ATP</b>, this might help ur requirement.
