Users perform all functions, how to avoid? There are programs that are available for access to all functions, including from other companies.

your question not realy clear but i can suggest to setting authorization for that program.

Hi,

Ask your autorization expert on how to restrict usage. SAP has a myriad of authorization objects with which you can control almost every aspect of SAP usage.
