Just ask BASIS team to RE-INSTALL sap gui.

3. This time, they should TICK the option for graphical screen painter

 while installing gui.

regards,

amit m.

Hi

You need to re-install the GUI Frontend.

During istallation you have check graphical painter option.

Then you can follow the procedure what you have tried already.

Note: If you have connected thru VPN usually they won't give you GUI access bcz of the traffic. In that case it's better to develop the screen in your training system (local server which is having graphical painter) and upload the screen to your development server (the VPN one). If it is the case, if u get any further doubts i'll help you how to do this.

Regards

Surya.

It is a Problem with Patch at application server side. not the problem with Frontend side. you better contact your BASIS to apply the GUI patches in Apllication server level. and see.

Regards

Vijay
