Field Mandatory

hi friends,

is it possible to make filed mandatory in standard TCODE

my requirement is in

Tcode -j_1movend

field -J_1IPANREF[PAN Reference Number]

i want make the above field mandatory is it possible

U need to find if any exits are availble for that tcode to make the changes. If suitable exits are availble then you can surely make it mandatory.

Please find below tcode which will give you list of user exits for particular tcode.

yes u can do it .i think u have to use transaction variant for this .Also chek the SPRO tcode ,i think we can do it through SPRO.once of my friend has done through SPRO ,but he has done for VA01 tocde.i exactly didn't remember how he has done it.

One simple way is by creating transaction Variant via transaction SHD0.

Hi, soorya.

First, you can use transaction variant using t-code 'SHD0' as eswar said.

Second, you can use Field-Exit.

The difference is that you need to program it when you choose second one.

if you don't want to program it, take first one.^^
