abap hr select query

Hi all

for my report job key is the key field . objid

i need to get the hrp1000-stext (job family) job corresponding to employees job and return value based on following condition: P1001-RSIGN = A AND P1001-RELAT = 010 AND P1001-SCLAS = JOB FAMILY

please give me the select query.

p1001 is a structure which has above fields.

hi ,

to select stext from hrp1000 ...u select SOBID from table HRP1001 correspoding to the values P1001-RSIGN = A AND P1001-RELAT = 010 AND P1001-SCLAS = JOB FAMILY

Now use SOBID to select stext from hrp1000.

But u need to have Object type also while selectting data from hrp1001.
