Idoc Error 51 while posting ACC_EMPLOYEE_PAY msg type

Hello Gurus,

I have an issue and I do not understand the root cause.

I am trying to post an idoc of mst type ACC_EMPLOYEE_PAY and idoc type ACC_EMPLOYEE_PAY02 but the idoc is in error status 51 with the following error :

For document type SA , an entry is required in field Doc. Hdr Text

As far as I have understood, the field 'document header text' is stored in the fieId E1BPACHE06-HEADER_TXT but this field is correctly populated in our case.

In Tcode OBA7, the field 'doc header text' is a mandatory field for doc type SA.

I have tried to debug, the error message is raised in FM FI_DOCUMENT_HEADER_FIELD_CHECK and the condition to raise the issue is :

IF NOT T003-XMTXT IS INITIAL
AND I_BKTXT IS INITIAL.

T003-XMTXT is the customizing in OBA7 and it's checked but the field I_BKTXT is blank. I do not know what is it. I believed it's coming from the field E1BPACHE06-HEADER_TXT but it's not.

Does someone know what is this field I_BKTXT and where is the root cause of this error?

Hi Christophe !!

Can you please tell me how did you post the ACC_EMPLOYEE_PAY message type.

For message type HRMD we use pfal T-code to trigger but for Message type ACC_EMPLOYEE_PAY ? If there is any t-code or a program please help me.
