yes they are language dependent and you need to create transport requests for selection texts..and hence client dependent..

Yes, absolutely. The whole sap r/3 is language dependent.

3. Are selection text client dependant

NO.

Bcos they are part of the program.

and programs are always client independent.

As they are the part of the program, I think selection texts should not be client dependent.

We need to create transport requests for programs also for transporting, but that doesnt mean that they are client dependent
