ALV (hide column)

Hi,

Is there any method in ALV grid to hide a column with quantity and display only the subtotals along with the line items displayed.

for example.

customer

a(subtotal-22)

b(subtotal-26)

The quantity column is hidden.

please send your suggestions,

Hi ,

as per my knowledge there is no such option to hide column, So what u can do is try to make use of SORT+FIELD MERGE Fms to get only Subtotals.

check

fcat-no_out = 'X'.---> not for display

I am not sure whether u can hide it or not.

But if u want to display the subtotal without displaying the quantity, u can hide that column using alv layout settings and the subtotal can be added as one record in internal table itself using sort and sum. Then you can pass that internal table to alv for displaying.

Hi,

i will be generating subtotals in different ways with respect to some particular columns. so it not possible to have subtotals in internal table.

The code 'fcat-no_out' doen'snt display the column and also the subtotals,

is there any other solution.
