Hello there,

I am kind of confused by the way Get works.

Say for example, there are two lines of code here:

get pernr

get payroll

some processing logic...

is this equivalent to say:

I loop around the pernr table, for each pernr, I get the payroll data corresponding to that payroll, and then perform some processing logic for that payroll, and then go to the next pernr and repeat the whole process?

If not, what would be the correct version of the flow of events?

HI Anyi,

What you have understood is correct.

Its as good as looping through a table of pernrs

and for eaxh pernr, get the payrolles.

for each payroll do some processing.

Your understanding is correct.

When coded in between Start-of-selection event and end-of-selection event the get event behaves a loop.
