Hi All

I need to develop a program which reads a list of customized objects (tadir-object where trdirsubc = '1' and tadirOBJECT = 'PROG'- executable programs) and check if these objects are identical and updated in the second environemnt (ej: quality).

The list of the objects I need to check I have already I dont know how to proceede in the second step. I was thinking about doing this by checking the transport request in both environment. If it matchs is because are the same.

I hope you understand what I mean.

Many thanks

Anna

Welcome aboard Anna

Well it is really hard to estabilish a connection between 2 different systems and get data from both systems within an ABAP.

One of my colleges saw a system which uses online connection, but it was always not perfect.

It is much easier to create internal tables with the same structure and download them from both systems.

Then in the next step you just have to compare the two files with a file-comparer (for example Total Commander has an option to do this).

Best regards and happy developing

Tamá
