I have to write a program for finding the list of transaction codes executed by user along with the time stamp.I appreciate if anyone can let me know the data base table for that.

table usr41 - gives info about the users loggied in

T code AL08 gives details about current active users

HI,

go to the basic SAP's audit log through menupath Tools -> Administration -> Monitor -> Security Audit Log. Configure first what you want to display in the list (SM19). Analyse using SM20. Fill the Selection area with the relevant details. Make sure Audit Class has "Transaction start" selected and tick option "with statistical analysis" in the Format area. Keep in mind that these logs are kept up to a certain no of days indicated in the Reorganization screen (SM18).

You have to check with your Basis Administrator on the backups of this logs. In most cases they only back up for a short period of time coz of the space and slot constraints. The end of the analysed report will give you more details on the usage of the TC.

To check on the total usage of the TC for the day, study ST03 (Workload Analysis). This will however not show you who were the users who used a particular transaction

Have a look at table /SAPTRX/APPTALOG

In my system, it's empty. I think you'll need to ask your basis buddies to switch on that kind of logging. It's probably not something that's normally logged.

Hi,

If you have't got the solution for this, you can try st01. You need to switch the trace ON and after that every action will be logged. You can give the user name for which you need the info and a lot of information apart from time stamp can be known.
