Some how I have figured out that I need to implement BADI for this, which is there under SPRO -&gt; SAP Netweaver -&gt; SAP Web Application Server -&gt; System administrator -&gt; Change &amp; Transport system -&gt; Business Add-In in change * transport system area -&gt; Business Add-In for defining template for the Task documentation.</P><P></P><P>Also I have created the document template using SE61.
