hello all,

our client has a 13-period fiscal year, which does not align with calendar months. date fields have to be period-aligned. In standard SAP, a calendar view pops up when a matchcode (F4) is selected against a date field:

now they want that whenever user press (F4) on date field:

a pop-up screen will be modified to contain two views –

with two radio button if user selected the one the standard calendar must be displayed and when the user select the second radio button it will display client period view.

HOW CAN WE DO THIS FUNTIONALITY IN SAP? HELP ME I AM STRUCK OVER THIS ISSUE .....

regards

Anand

Hello Rajesh

Since your client wants to have this different behaviour at ANY date field I assume the only possibility is to modify the SAP standard coding that realises the F4 search help. Perhaps you will find somewhere an appropriate user-exit although I think this is unlikely.

Regards

 Uwe
