return error message while creating SO using bapi

Hi,

now i am getting two errors in return messages.

1)Terms of delivery 30 are not defined.

2)Sales document was not changed

but this terms of delivery for the said customer is already defined by SD guy.

i am giving this datas for upload for terms of delivery & payment

terms of payment--30

incoterm1----

EXW

incoterm2----

exw.

plz suggest me where is the error.
