hi to all,

plz help me in this issue

if the first page line items are overflowing in next page

then how should design the next windows.

i have used

first next

next next

when the first page is filled up where the other line items goes, will they go to next page dynamically or we should set the code for that .what windows should be there in next window.

Hello,

Window type should be MAIN in the both the pages. So, then you don't have to worry about the overflow of the rows or lines. It will automatically takes the next page as per the settings.

if you want to display any text other than line items in the second page ,

you can include those windows in the second page otherwise line items will

be automatically move to second page.

hi kiran,

the data will go to next page automatically as the next page also has same the main window.

if u want to write any text in thenext page then u can use new windows for the same.

Hi Kiran,

1) As and when the main window in a page is full then it will automatically triggers next page specified under PAGES of NEXT PAGE attribute and you need not code anything to happen this.

2) The design of next page windows is always depends upon requirement.

3) Usually MAIN WINDOW will have major area on next pages with few other windows of first page.

4) Just place some windows of first page on next page with few alignments.
