i want a list of users who wxecuted SA38 in last 10 days. Is there any report

One possible solution:

Goto transaction ST03N

Choose 'Expert mode'

Choose a time period

Select 'Transaction Profile' -> 'Standard'

Find a line in column 'Trans.Rep.' with value 'SAPMS38M'

Doubleclick on the line

you can use STAT transaction and specify the duration and start time and transaction and other details. you can get a log upto 2 days. actually it depends on how much memory is allocated in the system.From ECC5.0of SAP they changed

STAT to STAD.

if you want to do it for ten days probably you should be using RBE tool.

and the other way is if your SM19 Security audit is configured you can get audit logs from SM20.

remember it should be configured in SM19 otherwise you won't get anything.

Yes, if SA38 is configured as a critical transaction, you can have the alerts set up to automatically let you know when a user has executed the tcode.
