    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;good&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is big difference between the hr abap and fi abap, hr abap is completely related to the Human resource scenarios and FI abap is related to the finance sector,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you r planning to move from hr to fi as a abaper than it wont be a tough job for you ,yes it ll take sometime to understand the FI concept of a company , i think definitely you ll get the help from your functional consultant in this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mrutyun&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
