Adding a tab in a matchcode

I want to add a new topic to an existing matchcode.I also have to specify No. of hits as 500, information message etc.

Please tell me hoe to do that.

You can always append a standard search help and use the searchhelp exit functionality to achieve your field input options.

Hi,

if you want to add your search help with new tab to any existing collective search help , create a elementary search help and then add it to collective search help

Steps to create elementary search help:

1.Create a database view according your requirement with display fields and conditions.

2.define new elementory search help and place created database view as selection method and define selection screen parameters which are your display fields from data base view.

3. add this search help to collective search help.

4.then click on parameter assignment add reference parameter to collective search help parameter and activate collective search help.

newly created search help will come as new tab in collective search help
