Hi,

Within the user exit for a PR which is triggered after pressing SAVE (ME52N), I have to display a popup and then I have to stop further processing.

I tried to use STOP after the POPUP Fn. Mod., but a short dumb is getting generated.

I tried using EXIT Stmt, but it is also not working. The PR is getting saved with the wrong data given by the user.

The functionality has to be simiar to a ERROR message but popup should be displayed instead of a msg in status bar.

   Kindly help.

Check that user exit is having the exception. If so use that exception and exit.

For Example:

    sy-msgno = '000'.

    sy-msgid = 'ZSPA'.

sy-msgv1 = 'Please enter Installation No'.

    sy-msgv2 = ' '.

    sy-msgv3 = ' '.

    sy-msgv4 = ' '.

    sy-msgty = 'E'.

    MESSAGE e044(zspa).

    RAISE exit_from_save.

Regards,

Prakash.
