hi all,

i am currently working with conventional abap,i am new to workflow,i was assinged by workflow,what exactly the workflow is,and how the procedure would be.if anyone reply,it is helpful for me...thanks in advance.

Would you really feel in single thread one would be able to explain the concept of workflow??? Impossible.

You can probably refer to SAP HELP DOCUMENTS 2824 and other sites SAPGENIE.COM. I would strongly suggest the book from SAPPRESS for Business Workflow.

Hi,

If you're an internal employee and you have the time to expand your horizin, you can start with doing the tutorials provide in the SAP help.

Just search for tutorial in the SAP-BMT-SAP Business workflow library

double click on Quadratel<> button you get green button

after that the system will generate the task No.

if you find an entry with your Workflow and linkage active

Hi Swetha,

If you are really intrested in learning it then the best way is to refer HELP.SAP .com as Bob and Zapper has said coz ots not that easy with weblogs or starting without knowing the basic things. First try with Tutorials provided in Help.SAP.com in which they would have explained each thing which would help you a lot in further workflow scenario.

Hi e l,

YOu need to know the concepts of Abap Objects and Business Object Repository and how are values passed between workflow and you codes and moreover there are Macro codes which you would needto get values from metod containers into your methods.
