    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is the equivalent of doing a Utilities-&amp;gt;Start Send Process in SOST Transaction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes, the mails get blocked in the queue. In order to send the mails from the buffer area, we have to submit this program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This program basically starts the send process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after the call to the Fm SO_OBJECT_SEND.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the call is successful, then yo can submit RSCONN01 program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;      SUBMIT rsconn01 WITH mode   = 'INT'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                      WITH output = 'X'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                      AND RETURN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ravi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
