we r using 2 system landscape ,one is development and other testing and production is in one .

why they r using 2 system landscape instead of 3 system land scape

2) Testing and Production in one server? Only possible reason is that the data used for testing is more real in nature. But it is very dangerous model.

For example, if they want to test some FI related transactions, it would lead to some severe problems in their finance related activities.How would they know if it is for testing or a real scenario?

DEV->QAS -One LS.

QAS->PRO -second LS.

while defining the LS u have to assign target system, that y u have to define like this.
