I am not sure whether it will work but give it a try.

goto SUIM~~>users~~ and check list of <b>users for profile</b>.

and double click the profile field and you will see a pop- up. select the '=' thing. then it will show a green shade at the end on range button. don't enter any thing in the profile field and now execute it.

otherwise in SUIM-->users, goto 'list of users by logon data' and give ''and execute. now you got the list of all users on your system. now goto SUIM --> profiles and give'' value in profile field and execute, this gives the list of users who have atleast one profile.

now compare both reports. the list of extra users which you see in the report of users by logon data are the list of users without any profiles.

you can do it at tables level also.

I checked it

The 1st one I mentioned don't work.

But 2nd works.

you can try from table USR04 giving an '*' in BNAME

and give NPRO= 2

you will get a list of users among which you will be having

users with no profiles, deleted users,and SAP*( as it won't have a user master record unless you change.and don't touch it)

hello Danish,

This is simple. Execute RSUSR002 report in SE38.

Here you will find three fields for profile but only once of them will be with select option i.e giving you option for mutiple values of profile. Profile Name will be written infront of this particular field Click on the select option arrow option. A pop up would come. it will have two tabs. One in green/other in red. Go to the tab in red and insert profile value as "*" . The output will give you the users with no profile. it is the simplest and swiftest method to find such a list.

And in the profiles select the multiple selection button (the button to the rightmost of the profiles)give the '*' in the exclude single values and execute

you will get all the users with no profiles.
