    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Say you want to maintain documentation for a report in Se38, goto se38 enter the porogram name and select documentation among the radiobuttons available there and press change, there yu can maintain the documentation .Similarly when you release the request from se10 it will prompt for documentation and then you can maintain it there. SE71 once you open the form you can follow the navigation goto -&amp;gt; form documentation and you can maintain it there .
