Enhancement Framework

Hi,

during souce code enhancements using the new enhancement, framework "We go to the source code that we want to enhance, open the respective unit in change mode, put the cursor on a line and choose the right mouse menu to create enhancement point"

Do we need a modification here to get into change mode by getting the access key for the program? If this is the case, I was wondering how this framework is modification free.

yeah u need to get Access KEY frm Service.sap.com to register ur Objects for Modifications.Once to get into Change Mode u can change source code whenever u want.

Hello,

creating a new enhancement point in SAP coding is always a modification.

The enhancement implementation, then is modification free, of course.

Alternatively, check if an other enhancement point or an implicit point fulfills your requirement.
