      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi friends&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am doing a report for Goods Issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when i m getting the documents from MKPF wher the doc  type is 'WA' ,it is giving me tranfer posting docs also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how to filter these doc from the Goods Issue docs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your help will be rewarded&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks And Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Zarina&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Zarina,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After fetch from MKPF, you could use these MBLNr and then fetch from MSEG. In here you could filter out by movement type.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So use BWART = GI Movement type to further confirm you are picking only GI's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

You don't need to hard code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead what you could do is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maintain teh relevant movement types for GI in a custom table and then use the entries from here to validate document numbers. The movement types can be even custom movement types. You can just store all the relevant ones in custom table and use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rgds,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
