hi to all,

i am having a problem while taking a email address in to my selection criteria.

in xd03-general data there a email address field but it is taken form structure.so how to take it into selection criteria and also how to give popup window to take multiple mail addressses by end user.

plz help me in this issue.

Hello Kranthi,

The email address will be mainatained in the table ADR6. U have relate the address number(available in KNA1) of the customer with this table.

Hi,

Use the following code to get multiple E-mail address in selection screen.

SELECT-OPTIONS SO_EMAIL FOR ADR6-SMTP_ADDR.

Hi Kranthi,

To get the E-mail address from ADR6 table follow the below logic:

Pass the KUNNR to KNA1 & get the ADRNR.

Then pass the ADRNR to the ADDRNUMBER field of ADR6 to get the SMTP_ADDR (E-mail address as output).
