Tcode for a Z tbale

Hi,

I have creatd one Z table and then genearted table maitainance and using SM30 created sime entires.

Now need to create the Tcode for the table.

Please tell me how to proceed for that?

Hi,

create a transaction as Parameter Transaction in SE93,

Then give SE30 for Transaction name in the next screen.

Below that give 'view' in Name of screen field and the table name in value.

below that give 'update' in name of screen field and 'X'

in value.

Hi Ismail,

so let's say created ZTCODE and assign SM30 but want create ZTCODE for a particular table say ZTABLE ,so that once we run tcode ZTCODE table ZTABLe only should open.

I think in that case that way not work.

Hi,

You need to give the table details in the screen 'Default values' below, pass VIEWNAME = 'Table name' & SHOW = 'X', save and check the syntax of the transaction and run it, this will call the maintenance view of the table from SM30 transaction,

Thats why i said if you see at the bottom of the screen

there is a table control kinda thng buddy

in it u have got two columns

NAME OF SCREEN FIELD VALUE

VIEWNAME ZTABLE

UPDATE X

1)create a transaction as Parameter Transaction in SE93,

3)check cjheck boxskip initial screen
