Hi Satish,

I think source system for your Z objects must be different than the current development system. That's why it's saved under Repair task. Check table TADIR and see what is the source system for your Z objects. If the source system is your current development system change the repair task to Development/Correction type.

Hope it ll help you.

BR,

Swagatika

Hi Guys,

I have 2 systems namely SYS1 and SYS2. I have to move the objects from SYS1 to SYS2. So I have created one TR in SYS1 and task type is Development/Correction and I added Z Objects to the same task and some objects which I have to add, task type is "Repair", and when I'm trying to add those objects to my task(type: Development/Correction), system is giving error message saying "Repair objects can not be added in Development/Correction type". So I would like to know the diff between Development/Correction type and Repair type. and why some of the objects in Development/Correction type and some are in Repair type even all objects are Z Objects and How I can add Repair type objects in Development/Correction type.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Reddy.

Hi,

When you are making changes to SAP standard objects, those changes are recorded in transport requests as

repair objects while your custom objects are locked under Development/Correction type of task request.

To add the repair type of object, create a task under your main request and atribute the task type as "Repair"

to it. Then you can attach the repair objects(changes to std objects) to repair type of request.

Regards

Thanx for your quick reply.

If those objects are standard objects in type repair I can create a new task(type: repair). But my objects are z objects which are in repair type. So I would like to know why z objects(non sap std objects) saved into the repair type. And I should not attach these objects to new task(repair type).Hope you understand my question.

Thanx for your valuable reply.

To transport the objects from SYS1 to SYS2 I have to create transport request in SYS1, where I can attach the reqeired objects from SYS1 only. Then that TR can be released from SYS1 to SYS2.

In SYS1 only some of the z objects are development correction type and some are in repair type.
