Hi.

I have been faced with a similar situation.

My solution was to write a report (with selection criteria including dunning-run date & identifier, and a checkbox for billing-documents-too) that listed dunning letters. The user then makes a selection from these, and clicks on a button for "Print immediately" or "Spool".

Then the user can get each dunning letter with its associated billing documents.

Note that there can be non-SD invoices for which the SD SAPscript is of course inappropriate. For these, my report just notifies the user and prints nothing.

I had problems with the order of the hard copies. See my thread "Many documents into one spool request" in this forum also dated Agust 22, 2006!

Hi John,

Thanks for your answer. It is not exact that easy as I wanted. I do it on antotherway. I'm gonna change SAPSCRIPT (Z)F150_DUNN_01 and the associated printprogram (Z_)FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE and (Z_)PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE and print the information I need from table BSID in that same sapscript. I do not need to print the whole bill document. i do only need an overview in every dunning letter with billdocumentnumber, some dates and prices.

The problem you had is for me very helpful. But I will contact her Wolfgart for this. I have another problem where I have to print a lot of differtent smartforms in opposit order in one spool request.

Thanx
