Material Master upload using RMDATIND

Hi,

i have an excel file for uploading material master.

Can anybody pls tell me how to use the standard program RMDATIND to upload the material master from excel to SAP. what are the parameters to be passed in the standard program.

pls help me,

Use it through LSMW transaction, so that you can define your own source structure and LSMW will convert it to format that RMDATIND wants.

While using in LSMW you can easily convert your excel sheet to tab delimited file, which can then be used to upload the material master.

no - you need a migration program to load data to rmdatind
