Hi All,

What is a variant program ? Ans suppose someone gives me a name of a variant program ... how do I go about executing the variant program ? What is the T-Code for the variant program ?

A variant program is where you create variants.

For example if you have a report instead doing the selections all the time.. you save the selection as variant.

which reduces time, errors in input.

And most important thing is you can schedule a background job only using variants.

You can create screen variants throught transaction SHD0(zero).
