I think MEDRUCK is the SAPscript for the Purchase Order, and RVADOR01 is the print program for Sales output (Order Confirmation, Quotation).

We usually only copy the SAPscript. If possible, it is best to leave the print programs alone in case of updates to new releases or support packages. There are also user exits in some of the print programs for custom enhancements.

If you are on an AFS system, any SmartForms or SAPscript layout sets should be installed. Check with transactions SE71 and SMARTFORMS.

Hi Tushar,

Standard Script - MEDRUCK

Print Program - RVADOR01

Form Routine - ENTRY

This will be configured in SPRO transaction for the SD functionalities like Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order.

What we do is create copies of the Script, Program and Routine and configure the ones we create and display accordingly based on our requirement.

Hope this solves your issue.

Regards,

Tushar
