In version management for PO, I am changing suppressed field to 'Required entry. ' but this field is not getting displayed on the PO version management screen. So i am not able to enter tis field. how do i ensure that this field gets displayed on ME22N/ ME21N/ ME23N?

See if you can use screen variants (SHD0) transaction.

Field grouping is controlled form configuration and by functional consultant.

This can also be done with Transaction Variants SHD0. Have a look and check with FC whether he suppressed any fields.

Look in SPRO under MM-purchase order.
