Very difficult. Possibly the change is recorded in a transport request (object R3TR PRIN SAPWIN), or such a transport request was imported. You may try to refine your search by checking who is authorized to maintain this data (S_ADMI_FCD, PADM or SPAA to SPAD) and see who ran SPAD or program RSTXSCRP recently (ST03N). I don't know how you can find out the date when it was deleted (either you know it because the SAPWIN output just stopped working or estimate by checking the dates of existing SAPWIN spool requests via SP01).

Hi Friends,

Somebody has deleted the formats in the SAPWIN device. How can I trace it?

I have checked the CDPOS table. It doesn't have TSP03 data, and I also checked the SCU3 transaction code for the TSP03 table. However, there is no clear picture.

Thanks with regards,

Vallamuthu M.

You may have a look at ST03N. Eventually you can find which persons did use transaction SPAD.

ST03N - open matching month -> Analysis View: Transaction Profile - Standard -> filter for Task type "Dialog"
