Hello all,

in the transaction FBL5N, i can navigate to the Credit Master Sheet via the environment menu. There is a table midway down the page just called 'Texts' where this shows employee comments on a customer's account. i cannot for the life of me figure out where in SAP this information is kept. Is there a table in SAP that holds notes place on a customers account?

All unstructured texts in SAP are saved in STXH/STXL, but you cannot read them directly and would need to use FM 'READ_TEXT'.

Usually, a double-click on the long text area will trigger a full screen display.

There in the menu : goto, header to display the keys (name, language, text id, object) to pass to READ_TEXT or READ_MULTIPLE_TEXTS FM
