User restriction in Tcode

I need to lock multiple sessions for a tcode for current user i.e. if the tcode is open in one window then the same cannot be opened in other window. I searched for the lock function module but couldnt find any so can someone guide. The report is in module pool.

I think the lock approach is a good one. You can create your own lock object in SE11. See SAP Help Lock Objects on how to define lock objects and then use them in custom developments.
