Deleting Interfaces

Hi, there are some interfaces I am trying to delete from SE24 but it is giving the following error :

Class/interface is generated. It cannot be changed with this editor

Message no. OO612

Please Help

Seems to be created dynamicaly from specific tool. Could you provide examples ?

Are those related to BSP applications?

Could you provide some example (Display class/interféace, Properties tab, Category is 60 or similar type?)

You have to delete the web dynpro component. You can't delete the interface directly.

I have no idea how to do that

Also, I dont see any WebDynpros attached/linked to this Interface.

Can you please guide me, that would be most helpful.

It is Inactive in the system for a long period of time, there is a cleanup activity going on for Inactive Objects in the System.

I do not need to particularly delete it, Activation will also work.

If the interface is called

ZIWCI_MY_WEB_DYNPRO

Then it probably belongs to web dynpro ZMY_WEB_DYNPRO.

You can

Perform a where-used search on the interface from SE24 or SE80 looking for 'Web Dynpro Components'
Also call SE80 on 'Web Dynpro Component/Interface' and use F4, you can filter by author and dates and wildcard on the name( *MY*WEB*DYNPRO*.

(Also a 'my web dynpro' (aka Hello World) should be in a local package such as $TMP, filter such Web Dynpro COmponents)

I tried where-used search from SE24 for all Search Items, it returned nothing.

The following message popped-up saying :

Class/Interface ZIWCI_ARB_INTERFACE not found in selected search area

Also, I tried to active the Interface from SE24, that is also of no use.

It says : "System does not allow changes to Interface" when activating.

I dont even know which webdynpro is used here in the interface let alone delete them or see if that webdynpro is inactive.

the interface here itself is inactive here, it is not allowing me to active it from anywhere.

The date 14.08.2023 is not very old either. Could you ask the object's creator?
