A-DP1CDZ15

A-DP1ME1CDZ29

what number range should set in OIEN.

I don't see what the screenshot is about...

What do you mean, "what number range should set"? An external number range. What else?

Just, create an external range. Is your actual requirement related to some pattern, naming rules?
