IDOC - Delivery data modification failed

Hi I am looking at how to process an order through the IDOC screen

I have never come across Message text " delivery data modification failed "

What would I have to do to get this order to PGI?

With WE02 or BD87, display the IDOC. Is there a previous error message in the log, this message is too generic to provide correct suggestions (lockout, wrong data sent, wrong delivery status, etc).
