What do you mean "number of refreshes"? Pressing the "refresh" button on the query result? Or just go back to selection screen and run again without restarting the program?

Is there standard way of checking the usage of selected SQ01 query? I'd need to see userid, number of refreshes within a period of time.

There is no standard way to check the usage of a selected SQ01 query . You may have to create a custom program to track the usage of the query by user id. You may need to track the queries run by the users, the number of refreshes made, and the date/time of the refresh.
