Resizing Object Navigator Docking Container

Hello, i would like change each components height or move components inside that container like in the picture. For example i would like to move object name and description a little bit bottom. I have searched local settings(alt+f12) and utilities -> settings. Couldn't find anything useful for solution. Is this possible to do?
